Greetings and Salutations

I hope this finds everyone well. Butterfield Place II is a beautiful place to live and maintain a family. It lays at the heart of the Village of Matteson in Illinois, within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, health care, fitness and postal services.

We are a mandatory but self ruled HOA that focuses on community and property improvement. Our board consists of 7 volunteer members that oversees the beautification and budget of the common areas around the sub-division.
